Hee Young Lee has represented insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings throughout her career. She has represented and defended numerous insurers in litigated and non-litigated first and third party claims arising out of business loss, environmental, intellectual property, homeowner, fidelity, construction defect, agribusiness, privacy, UM/UIM, fire, stop-loss and other claims, including in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Ms. Lee is also a consultant to policyholders and insurers on insurance coverage issues.

 

Ms. Lee also represents lawyers, insurance brokers, escrow companies, and third party administrators against professional liability claims.  Ms. Lee successfully defended numerous high expossure professional liability claims.  She also represents medical doctors in business disputes.

 

Ms. Lee has prosecuted and defended various contract claims, including claims for breach of employment contract and commercial contract.
